1. Information: This Website presents information, data, content, photo, picture, video, audio, and other materials and items, tangible or intangible (collectively, the "Information") relates to creative industries and benefits to all HKCIA members

2. Changes to Website: We may, at our absolute discretion and at any time, without prior notice to you, add to, amend or remove material from this Website, or alter the presentation, substance, or functionality of this Website.

3. Embedded Content: Embedded content (including embedded images, audio, and video content and text) on this Website that is identified with social media are embedded from third party hosted sites. Embedded content is subject to the license terms of the location at which such content is hosted or the license terms imposed by the owner of such content. Embedded content may be used or linked to only in accordance with the terms of the relevant license. Organizations and commercial entities that submitted the Information are liable for any consequences of failure to comply with those license terms.

4. Corporate Memberships: Organizations and commercial entities need to join as HKCIA member for their news to HKCIA's PR

5. Government-related news: Government-related news about creative industries are welcome

6. Political Neutral: All news need to be politically neutral

7. Absolute Rights: ExCom has sole discretion to remove any posting of any news made, if such posting is deemed inappropriate, with or without prior written notice to the member of such posting

 

 

We welcome members' news of:

1. All creative industries related news, including events, projects, achievements, awards, ceremonies, contests, nominations

2. New products/services (except price information)

3. Government funding scheme

4. Government operation and raid involving Intellectual Property Ordinance

5. Organizations or commercial entities cases abide by Intellectual Property Ordinance

6. Meeting progress with Government

7. Festival and holiday greetings

 

 

Restrictions:

1. All unlawful, fraudulent, libelous, defamatory, obscene, profane, threatening, abusive, hateful,offensive, or otherwise objectionable or unreasonable information of any kind,including without limitation any transmissions constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability,or otherwise violate any local, state, national or foreign law, infringe any intellectual property right, proprietary rights or confidentiality obligations of others

2. Any advertisements, solicitations, chain letters, pyramid schemes, investment opportunities or schemes or other unsolicited commercial communication, or engage in spamming or flooding
